This is the whole thing in one table. Seventeen records make up every Dholera contract or land award that has been published as at 2026-08-04, which is eleven awards with a named winner and six tenders still open for bids. Seven of the awards carry a value, and those seven total Rs. 344.50 crore.
The four blank cells in the value column are real blanks rather than an oversight. Nothing published gives a price for the terminated water treatment plant, for the Tent City work, or for either of the two plots sold by auction, so those cells stay empty.

What the money column does not mean
The seven values in this table are not seven of the same thing
Only one figure in the whole register, the ABCD Building, is printed by the source as a contract amount. Six are printed as a total project cost, which is a different measurement. Two more are what the buyer of an auctioned plot says it intends to invest, and one is a fee flowing towards DICDL rather than away from it.
Because of that, the Rs. 344.50 crore total on this page adds up seven comparable figures and nothing else. It is not the capital cost of Dholera and it is not what the state has spent. Each figure is set out word for word, with the reason it is classed the way it is, on price or project cost. The audited spend figures are kept separately on the money page.
