The most useful thing a register can do is refuse to print something. This page lists what was checked for this site and deliberately left out, so that anyone comparing this register against a property blog can see exactly where the two differ and why.
The rule applied throughout is simple. A figure gets published if a named document and a page can be produced for it. If the only support is a marketing page or an article that repeats a number without saying where it came from, the figure stays out, and the absence gets written down here instead.
The 1,734 crore claim that is not in this register
A widely repeated number with no primary source
A figure circulates on Dholera property sites saying that Larsen and Toubro holds an EPC contract worth Rs. 1,734 crore for roads and services at Dholera. It is not in this register, and it will not be added until somebody produces the document.
Here is what was actually checked. The trade press article opened for this, on indianinfrastructure.com, does describe that firm's Dholera scope as utility works across 57 square kilometres and a road network of 174.25 kilometres. It does not disclose a contract value, an award date, or even which client awarded it. Neither DICDL annual report names the firm against a contract. No government document opened for this dataset carries the number.
So the position is not that the contract does not exist. The position is that no primary source for that value was found, and a register that prints unsourced crore figures is worth nothing. If you hold the award letter or the page reference, send it and the record will be added with the source printed next to it.
Source checked: indianinfrastructure.com article, fetched 2026-08-04, which explicitly discloses no contract value. Recorded as a deliberate exclusion inside the published dataset rather than as a gap in it.

Why it was kept rather than dropped
The service area building award appears in trade press and in no DICDL annual report. It could have been dropped to keep the register purely official. It was kept because dropping it would quietly shrink the picture, and because a reader can decide what to do with a clearly labelled weaker record. What is not acceptable is mixing it in without saying so, which is why it carries a REPORTED tag on every screen it appears on and inside the data file itself.
It also carries the only completion period in the entire dataset, 545 days. Because its award date is unknown, even that figure cannot be turned into a due date.
Where a search returned nothing, and what that means
An empty result and a failed capture are not the same thing
The state procurement portal used for Dholera tenders exposes an awarded tender feed. Queried for DICDL it returned zero records. Queried for every client on the portal it also returned zero records, which is not credible and means the capture failed rather than that no awards exist.
That distinction is the whole point. Reporting it as no awards found would have been false. It is recorded as a failed capture, which is why the award trail on this site stops where it does and why no award here carries a tender reference number.
Per allottee land figures, which nobody publishes
Both annual reports name a handful of companies that have been allotted industrial land at Dholera, and both say plainly that the list is not complete. Neither attaches an acreage or a price to any name. Any site telling you how many acres a particular company took, or what it paid, is not getting that from these reports. The one exception is a single subsidy receivable disclosed against one allottee, and it appears on the land page with its page reference.
The full list of what these sources do not contain, twenty eight declared gaps in all, is on the method page.
