What the source actually says

Quoted from the document, not paraphrased

The Tent City project construction work was awarded to M/s Kamnath Private Limited on a PPP (Public Private Partnership) basis with 10-year operations period. The award date was March 27, 2025, with management fees of ₹1.55 Crore receivable by DICDL. The project aims to create an eco-luxury retreat for business and leisure travellers. The Construction work of the proje

awarded_value is deliberately null. The only figure in the source is ₹1.55 Crore of management fees RECEIVABLE BY DICDL under the PPP structure - money flowing IN to DICDL, not a contract price paid out. Recording it as an award value would misstate the direction of the payment. No construction contract value is disclosed.

Delivery against declared dates

What can and cannot be measured here

The winner took 61 days from award to starting on site, measured by subtracting the award date from the construction start date, both of which the annual report prints. That is the only delivery measure this record supports. Because no completion date exists on the record, the work cannot be described as running late or running early by anyone, including DICDL.

Across the register, six of eleven awards carry both an award date and a construction start date, and none of the seventeen records carries a completion date. The comparison view for all of them is on the delivery schedule.

This is the only award held by Kamnath Private Limited in this register. Its sheet is at Kamnath Private Limited.

Declared gaps on this record

What is missing, stated plainly

  • GAP 01No tender reference number is published against this award in any source opened, so it cannot be joined to a tender notice.
  • GAP 02No pre-bid estimated contract value is published, so the bid against estimate variance cannot be computed.
  • GAP 03No award value is published. Nothing has been back solved from any other figure in the report.

These gaps are taken from the dataset’s own declared gap list, filtered to the fields that are null on this record. They are not inferred. The complete list of seventeen contract gaps and eleven financial gaps is on the method sheet.
